Shocking Stockings

Started digitization of NHS circs today with a demo for Leanne at which point the computer fell apart, but soon sorted and I bring you news from HMC(48)23 'A special coupon concession for stockings for certain categories of nurse is detailed in Part I Section B of the Board of Trade Circular.' I don't know if I should share this with you the circular is marked Confidential. Wonder if the Rapidly Diminishing Ken Clare is entitled to any?
