New Look

OK so in the process of rowing with my archives (very muted row, they didn't say much) I manage to bitch up the old template, the result of which is a snazzy new template, an entirely republished blog which should have got rid of that that needed getting rid of and a marginally grouchy me. The whole thing will of course probably want a xenu when I'm done. Not helped by news from Wigan. So I now face sometime sorting things round here. Technorati Tags: Template

Thank You For the Days

Spend most of the day trying to sort a decent tag cloud for Exhibit B quite revealing in several respects. Move the cloud up and down and on and off the template like a whore's knickers. Try using anchors to sort an easy link, end up comprmising with text and an external page. Not what I wanted but illustrates some learning needs for me. Screams and the like. Plague everyone with questions and kind constructive advice flows from Tracy, Christina and Dave. Much appreciated. Also reveals that clouds aren't as intuitive as I think they are. Tag the latest Exhibit B and things are cool. Afternoon a call from Lisa who tells me of her new job over with Eileen as Clinical Librarian at Arrowe. This is very kind of her and I know she'll be cracking in the role. Think that Eileen's begining to develop a nice little team round her and I'm pleased for both of them. That's not to say that Sally who thought about it as a job wouldn't have done an equally good job, I'm convinced she would have and would have been a similar asset to the crew over there. Home, feed myself 'cos Cal and Monst were off to the pictures after school with Helen and Lonen. Open a bottle of Broadside and veg infront of the TV.
