I Like Traffic Lights
Force myself to read the NSF cover to cover, traffic light it for us as a service. Seems like an NHS mania traffic lighting but it has highlighted a few issues that I guess we need to address. Anyway hit the appendices so now need to trawl through and understand:
Standards for Better Health Chartermark EFQM Focus on use of automation to release staff time to meet wider needs is interesting. Service delivery culture is mentoned but not expanded upon. Do we need to explore CRM? HeLicon to be reviewed in line with ISQua and UKAF. Inspire possible route for partnership.
