The Beano has recently run a strip called 'The Neds', it's upset the Scottish Childrens Commissioner sufficiently for The Times to scrible about it. Bit of a non-story really beccuase the commissioner is asing if it's offensive. Mind you I laughed like a drain at the concept and might buy a copy of the Beano as a result.
