Rachel from WFAS describes me as being flat, me I'd say fucking miserable. Not a good scene to be in . Think I'm shattered from the weekend and that don't help. Spend the morning in a marketing meeting and not getting what I want to get done, done. Probably explains some of it.

Afternoon and it's the always smiling Dave B's e-learning group. Interesting set of people, nice to see the good Dr. McCoy, Bev, Ann M. and a few other familiar faces. Finish the sesh 4.30.

Some stuff gets done, other stuff don't not one of my better days.

Tuesday - Christmas Study Day

Finally catch up with the news this morning. Wait on Gary to arrive before heading to Ellesmere Port. Good news from Beryl that cheers me up mightily. Coffee, bacon sarnies and Vicky taking the piss. The day shapes up nicely. Helen is with us today and pleased to see how many folk she knows in the local health library community as a starter for 10.

Morning is spent with John MacCarfrae, from Maverick. Good start to the day and looks like we have a good blend of folk in the service. Lunch is fine and Nicola egged on by Tracy makes me wear a paper hat.....

Afternoon and things are running a bit late, Colin gives a valuable overview of things at NLH, David follows that up with his briefing. Tracy escapes hers due to time. Kind thought from people as a gift of a tenners worth of book tokens comes to those who've run training throughout the year. Nip to get Mrs Raven a pressie for Monst on the way home and nip into Borders and come away with a copy of 'The Crane Wife' the latest offering from The Decemberists. Listen to it on the way home and a mighty fine use of the book tokens it was too.

Cal to Beavers, us to Sainsbury's, pick Cal up and he's collecting 20p a job to support a replacement roof for the Scout Hut. Cool stuff.
