Comfort

Help, the new shoes are way too comfy, too weird. Comes to something when you're wandering along in new shoes and you suddenly feel comfortable in your shoes. I'm in that first flush of enthusiasm for the new shoes i.e. they are getting more than there fair share of shoe protector. Tomorrow they'll kill my feet but today they are OK but then I've only worn the things in coupla hour bursts. Need to clean Cal's shoes or madam'll kill me. Christ knows how I'm gonna cope with Cal and the Harvest festival stuff in the morning. I wish I could get over the idea that Harvest festival is some sort of fertility rite but I can't. Really I just don't do christianity and its rip off of pagan festivals, if it was more upfront it would be OK but the veneer wears really thin.
