Wake up and hit 'A Famine of Horses' which leasts me to investigate Elizabethan Sumptuary Laws which leads me to the Renaissance site. However it also leads me to discover Cameron Kippen's The History of Footwear - Sumptuary Laws at the Curtin University of Technology's Department of Podiatry which I really wasn't expecting but does give me the idea that the whole thing has a longer history than Elizabethan England. Now plan was the family are off to the Royal Armouries over in Leeds. Need to get some fuel before we go and need Monst to wake up. Bad news in Uddingston as 11 die in a fire at a nursing home.
